Program Breakdown
Each student worked at their assigned worksite for 20 hours per week (Monday - Thursday) and 5 hours on Fridays for Professional Skill Building Sessions that include
Digital Skill Building (resume building, computer skills, networking social media sites, etc)
Worksite Reflection - These sessions identified and resolved worksite conflicts, assisted students in developing an individual development plan, and reviewed professional skills gained at their worksite.
Financial Literacy - First Commonwealth Bank sponsored these sessions that helped students understand budgeting their income, saving, balancing their accounts, and planning for future expenses.
Each student will leave with a Resume and Portfolio of works completed.
