Low Carb cooking class is a monthly workshop featuring tips and tricks for cooking without carbs. Cut back those needless carbs and replace them with good fats and proteins. 

This class is a great way to find carb substitutes like making crushed almond pie crusts, turning cauliflower into pizza crust, or how to stuff a turkey without using carbs.

Only $10 and includes samples. Trust us you will not leave hungry. 

This class is geared for adults (kids can attend w/ a parental guardian).
