For federal employees, our Combined Federal Campaign ID number is 7176 Annual Holiday Appeal During the past year, approximately 12,000 different individuals have been touched by the caring hands and hearts of our employees and volunteers. Butterfly Garden Early Learning Center received accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children. Renovations began at the Cultural Arts Center in October. The excellent care at the health center, the three family support centers, the town library and the programs which support the total development of children all continue to flourish. The seventeen vans continue to get seniors and handicapped where they need to go. The services go on despite the flood caused by Ivan in September. Three buildings were flooded and are in various stages of restoration while we pursue negotiations with the insurance companies. We are looking at major expenses that will not be covered by flood insurance. So once again, we turn to you, our friends and neighbors, to ask for a measure of support. Last year, we received $27,512 from our annual appeal. It would be wonderful if we could match or even surpass this amount to help our 35-year-old effort to meet our commitments. Thank you in advance for your support. May we also ask for your prayers for all our efforts in the Sto-Rox Community? Gratefully yours, Father Regis J. Ryan |
