Sto-Rox Family Health Center
The Health Center provides quality health and dental care for adults
and children. In addition to family practice medicine, internal medicine
and pediatric care, the Center offers obstetrics and gynecologic care,
podiatry (foot care), optometry (eye care), and dental
medicine (412.771.1839). Counseling and Social Services are also available. Payment
is accepted through many private insurances, HMOs, Medicare and Medicaid. The Center has
a sliding payment scale for the uninsured and underinsured.
Walk-ins are welcome, however, appointments are preferred. Providers admit to Ohio Valley General and Children's Hospitals. Doctors are on-call evenings and weekends for emergencies. Sattelite site at 317 Climax Street, Pittsburgh PA 15210 (412.431.3520).

- Monday through Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. [ Medical and Dental]
- Thursday and Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. [Medical and Dental]
- Saturday, 8 a.m. to Noon [Medical and Dental]

ADULT PERTUSSIS SCREENING
It is important to evaluate your risk of contracting pertussis, commonly known as whooping cough. Adults can contract this disease and potentially pass it on to infants leaving them susceptible to severe complications and even death.
