Marketing and Communications Intern/Apprentice
The Father Ryan Arts Center (Ryan Arts) is seeking an intern/apprentice with an interest in arts administration and/or nonprofit marketing and public relations for the summer of 2013 with the potential to extend into the fall. This is a paid internship.

The Marketing and Communications Intern will provide support to all aspects of our marketing functions. This opportunity is a great match for someone who is self starting, techno savvy, creative, and interested in practical, hands on experience in developing and implementing marketing strategy. Part-time Job Opportunity through Allegheny County
Please note this position is available through Allegheny County's STEP program and individuals hired are NOT employees of FOR.
The Senior Training and Employment Program (STEP) provides work experience and training opportunities to Allegheny County residents age 55 and older who meet income guidelines. Individuals enrolled in the program receive 20 hours of training/work experience in nonprofit or government agencies and are paid minimum wage. Applicants must 55 or older and unemployed for at least six months. Income cannot be more than 125% of the poverty level.
